CUET 2024?

The registration process for CUET 2024 commenced on February 27 in an online format by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Aspiring candidates have the opportunity to register for the CUET UG exam until March 26, 2024. The NTA has made the CUET information bulletin 2024 available on its official website. The window for correcting CUET applications will be accessible in online mode starting from March 28, 2024. Applicants are permitted to modify their application forms until March 29. The Common University Entrance Test 2024 will be administered by the National Testing Agency from May 15 to May 31, adopting a hybrid mode.

One notable alteration in CUET 2024 is the reduction in subject choices, now limited to six from the previous ten. To be eligible to sit for the CUET UG 2024 test, applicants must submit the requisite application fees for NTA CUET 2024. CUET UG serves as a gateway for candidates seeking admission to various undergraduate programs offered through NTA CUET UG 2024. It's imperative for candidates to remain informed that the CUET exam dates for 2024 are subject to change due to scheduled general elections.

  • The CUET UG 2024 examination is scheduled to take place in hybrid mode.
  • The NTA has streamlined the number of test subjects from ten to six.
  • Candidates now have the option to choose either 4 domain subjects, 1 language subject, and 1 general test, or 3 domain subjects, 2 language subjects, and 1 general test.
  • There has been an upward revision in the CUET UG application fees. Candidates in the general category are required to pay Rs. 1,000 to select up to three subjects, while OBC-NCL and EWS applicants must pay Rs. 900, and SC/ST/third gender candidates need to submit Rs. 800 along with their CUET form.
  • The NTA has trimmed down the number of CUET exam centres to 380, comprising 354 centres within India and 26 centres outside India.
  • The official website for CUET 2024 has been transitioned to cuetug.ntaonline.in, replacing the previous website cuet.samarth.ac.in 2024.
  • The National Testing Agency will primarily conduct exams for each subject on a single day, thereby eliminating the necessity for the normalization of NTA scores.
